SynchroBabies.tm : 0-8 months: Pre survival Skills, with parent
SynchroBaby Grads: 7-9 months : Baby survival, with parent
Infant/Toddler Beginning Survival: 8m-3 years with parent
Preschool and School age Survival: ages 3.5 and older, no parent in

Ongoing Lesson Progressions. AGES BABIES-Young School Age.
(All ongoing lesson placement is done by instructor placement only.)
Babies (8m-15m): Babies who have won 1st Blue ribbon for turning over and floating to the count of 10 independently. Working on achieving 5 minute float ribbon.
Toddler with Parent (16-2y): Toddlers who have won 1st Blue ribbon for turning over and floating to the count of 10 independently. Working on achieving 5 minute float ribbon.
Advanced Toddler with Parent (10m-2 y): Babies and toddlers who have won both blue ribbons and are ready to learn to swim face forward, u-turns, swim-float-swim, dive for rings, dive off of side of pool and block dives.
Young Independent Preschool: Ages 2-3. For those who have won a blue ribbon and 5 minute float ribbon (foundational turn and float and 5 minute float fully clothed) and are ready to take classes without mom or dad.
Independent Preschool: Ages 3-7. For those who have won a blue ribbon (foundational turn and float) and are working toward their 40 foot independent swim / fully clothed.
Advanced Preschool: Ages 2.5-5. Can swim width of pool without adult assistance.
D1: (developmental 1): Ages 3-6. Can swim width of pool with correct arms and are now working on correct legs for each of the 4 strokes. Side breathing introduced.
D2: (developmental 2): Ages 3-7. Can swim length of pool 2 strokes with correct arms and legs. Working to get all 4 strokes the length of the pool. Continued work on side breathing.
SD: (stroke development): Ages 4-7. Working on all 4 strokes double lengths of the pool. Timing and rhythm are emphasized.
SR: (stroke refinement): Ages 5-9. Working all 4 strokes. Refining each stroke and emphasis on efficiency of stroke. Multiple lengths of the pool.
CR: (competition ready): Ages 5-10. Getting the young swimmer prepared for competition if they so choose. Emphasis on timing, rhythm, stroke efficiency, endurance, flip turns and starts.
